| Beschreibung: | The atlas aims to bring the reader closer to the basic theoretical issues related to global value chains and value-added trade and to present statistical data on Polish exports in graphic form. The recent economic history of Poland is a model example of how transformation, liberalization of the economy and regional integration processes (joining the EU common market) affect the structure and trade turnover. The complexity of available data is a factor which may particularly discourage deepened studies of international trade concerning gross or value added. Therefore, the atlas contains a series of maps that illustrate the evolution of phenomena related to foreign exchange.
