Bring Theory to Life
he eighth edition of Consumer Behavior contains thirty two short cases, two
per chapter, located at the end of the text. Each case applies key chapter
concepts to contemporary issues, with a focus on how technology is changing
the landscape of consumer behavior. Individual cases consider such things as robot
vacuums, product testing on the Internet, and using cell phones to keep tabs on
