| Beschreibung: | In 2013, 12 proceedings were conducted before the War Crimes Chamber of the High Court in Belgrade (High Court Division). First instance verdicts were passed in seven cases, finding 13 people guilty and one person acquitted. One verdict relates to the acceptance of the Agreement on the Recognition of the Criminal Offense of War Crimes against Civilians between the Defendant and the War Crimes Prosecutor's Office (TRZ).
