We do hereby publish and make known, that although on several occasions Our Pleasure and Intentions in relation to the Supplying of the Army, havebeen signifyed through General and Special Orders, Daily Experience during the former Campaign notwithstanding has shewn that the Same have not always had the intended effect; And Whereas in the Administration of Subsistence to the Army, Method is the Soul of the whole Business, and of course a Matter of the highest importance, we have therefore, in order to establish adue and constant observance thereof, caused the following regulations to be enacted, and published in print, that the same may be made known to all concerned I.
