Wherefore we the said Justices being neither of us Patrons of the said Parish of or any ways interested in the said Tythes, Offerings, Oblations or Obventions ... And whereas it appears unto us the said Justices that the said hath had Notice of the said Order and Abjudication, and hath refused and still doth refuse ...
