To the constables and churchwardens of the parish of [blank] in the [blank] of [blank] and to each of them: Whereas complaint hath been made unto us, two of his Majesty's justices of the peace for the said in Writing by of the Parish of in the said that [blank] hath refused to pay his small tythes, offerings, oblations and obventions ... Wherefore we the said Justices being neither of us Patrons of the said Parish of or any ways interested in the said Tythes, Offerings, Oblations or Obventions ... And whereas it appears unto us the said Justices that the said hath had Notice of the said Order and Abjudication, and hath refused and still doth refuse ... That they, you or one of you do make publick Sale of the said Goods and Chattels, and pay to the said so much of the Money arising by such Sale as will satisfy him the said Sums of and to him so adjudged as aforesaid, and retain to yourselves the Sum of for making and keeping the said Distress (which we the said Justices do hereby adjudge reasonable Charges for so doing) and render the Overplus (if any be) to the said and hereof fail not at your Perils.
