Also, the Names of the Colours used, with Instructions to temper and mix them, and fit them for Painting. Likewise, Colours for washing Landskips, or Prints of any Kind; with plain and easy Rules for the Ladies Japanning. Translated from the French of Monsieur Gerrard de Lairesse, and improved with extracts from C. A. Du Fresnoy, Salmon, &c
