Zusammenfassung:This publication is based on Domènec’s intervention in 2018 that transformed the Pavilion by recreating the use after the Civil War of some of the sites of the 1929 International Exhibition in Barcelona as spaces for the internment of immigrants. A situation that worsened when the City Council decided to use the Olympic Stadium to "temporarily" house the residents of Somorrostro, who lived there until 1968. The title of this work comes from an article by J.M. Huertas Claveria published in the magazine Destino on 10 December 1966. On this publication, we collected texts by different architecture and art critics such as Juan José Lahuerta and Teresa Grandas, curator of the MACBA exhibition; and also photographs that the artist used as research for the intervention.
