| Beschreibung: | Paper addresses number of important issues in connection to regulation of sports in Croatia. Despite the fact that sport has been regulated in Croatia since early 90's, it doesnt' seem that there are proper solutions for those problems. Some of the most prominent problems are financial sustainability of sport clubs, appropriate legal form of sport clubs, (good) governance of sport clubs and supervision of sport clubs. Even the most recent legislative effort which resulted in establishment of sport inspection is a kind of disappointment. Although we can not deny good intention to improve current situation is sport, Act on sport inspection is often unlogical and it created unnecessary confusion which could and should have been avoided. In that sense, paper defines problems in sport in Croatia, it addresses causes for those problems and in conclusion it gives concrete solutions for overcoming addressed problems |
