Why do people make bibliographies? They're a lot of work; this one took weeks. So why did I create this? Why are you reading this? I can't answer the latter question but I can tell you that besides having to properly accredit those whose worki have cited or otherwise relied on to write this book, I also wanted to provide you, the reader, with someplace to turn to if some topic I mentioned piqued your interest and you want to learn more. Although this book seems really thick, it covers a big topic and just barely touches very briefly on thousands of little topics, every one of which deserves a book of its own. In fact, many of them already have books written about them, which I used to help me put this book together. That's what this bibliography is for you, a collection of little doors, each one leading deeper into some topic that I could only mention in a sentence or two. Dive in. Ádám, Magda.
