| Zusammenfassung: | Schulseelsorge wird in der Praxis zunehmend als notwendig empfunden - eine grundlegende Theorie fehlte ihr jedoch bislang. Diesem Desiderat begegnet die sorgsame und aufwändige Studie der Autorin, indem sie die Rahmenbedingungen von Schulseelsorge multiperspektivisch beleuchtet und Schulseelsorge in systemtheoretischer Hinsicht als System struktureller Kopplung begründet. In praktisch-theologischer Hinsicht weist sie Schulseelsorge als umfassende Form der Kommunikation des Evangeliums in der Schule aus, die in basalen schulseelsorgerlichen Kommunikationsformen beschrieben werden kann und deutlich über den Religionsunterricht hinausweist. In empirischer Hinsicht wird durch die Analyse von Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen und Schüler-Aussagen die Diagnoseeigenschaft der erarbeiteten theoretischen Grundlegung belegt. [School Chaplaincy.
