РЕЗЮМЕ Данная монография посвящена роли Российской Федерации в событиях 2019 года в истории Республики Молдова, Украины, Республики Беларусь и Грузии и в различных катаклизмах, имевших место на территории России в указанном году, а также способам их преодоления. На данный момент все вышеуказанные
страны, за исключением Беларуси, объединяет наличие нерешённых территориальных конфликтов, спровоцированных Россией. Республика Беларусь включена в данный перечень, поскольку российская пропаганда и администрация привлекают всё больше и больше внимания к этой стране и существует опасность повторения
в Беларуси трагических молдавских, украинских и грузинских сценариев. Данная работа включает 2 части, выводы, библиографию, 12 приложений и именные указатели. В первой части монографии автор, основываясь на ряде заявлений нескольких российских политиков и реакции общественности на них, анализирует
отношения России с Молдовой, Украиной, Грузией и Беларусью в ушедшем, 2019, году. Автор рассматривает основные цели, преследуемые Российской Федерацией в каждой из указанных стран, а также методы, используемые российскими политиками и дипломатами в данных странах. Особое место занимает анализ
некоторых историко лингвистических проблем, которые путинское руководство осуществляет на территории стран бывшего СССР. К ним относятся: восстановление влияния русского языка, ставшего инструментом империалистского экспансионизма; подчёркивание исключительной роли СССР в победе над гитлеровской
Германией («над фашизмом»), поскольку сегодняшняя Россия считается прямым наследником Советского Союза;
воспитание населения в военном духе в целях внедрения в сознание граждан данной страны мысли о том, что Россия окружена врагами и что наступит момент, когда её будущее придётся защищать силой оружия. Автор аргументирует данную работу несколькими публичными заявлениями российской политической элиты, возглавляемой президентом В. Путиным.
278 RUSIA, 2019: „Acesta a fost un an greu... Данный раздел монографии - нечто совершенно новое для историков современности в нашей стране. Во второй части представлена очень подробная картина различных катаклизмов, дорожно-транспортных происшествий и других катастроф, имевших место на территории России в течение рассматриваемого периода. Автор представляет роль и важность указанных событий в политической и социально-экономической жизни России, а также демонстрирует - в нескольких случаях - неэффективность органов местного управления в решении возникших проблем или даже интерес некоторых руководителей в устранении следов таких беззаконий. В приложениях представлены рецензии автора монографии на несколько книг по указанной тематике, некоторые документы и материалы, которые дополняют монографическую работу новыми аргументами, а также другие документы, доказывающие пророссийскую и предательскую роль Партии социалистов Республики Молдова в повседневной жизни страны.
SUMMARY This monograph is consecrated to the role of the Russian Federation in the events of 2019 year in the history of the Republic of Moldova, Ukraine, Republic of Belarus and Georgia and different cataclysms which took place on the territory of Russia during this year and the manner they were passed. All the mentioned above countries, except Belarus currently are united by the existence of the non-settled territorial conflicts caused by Russia. The Republic of Belarus is included in this list because the Russian administration and propaganda draw more and more attention to this country and there is the danger that the tragic scenarios from Moldova, Ukraine and Georgia will be repeated in Belarus. The paper consists of 2 parts, conclusions, Bibliography, 12 annexes, names. In the first part of the monograph the author relied on a series of declarations of several Russian politicians and the public reaction to them and he analyzed the relations of Russia and Moldova, Ukraine, Georgia, Belarus during 2019 year which passed. There are analyzed the main goals set by Russia in each of these countries and the methods through which the Russian politicians and diplomats action in these countries. A special place in the paper has the analysis of some historicallinguistics issues which are realized by the government of Putin on the territory of the ex-Soviet Union countries. Through them: recovery of Russian language influence which has become a device of the imperialist expansion, establishment of the exclusive role of USSR in the victory against the Hitler’s Germany („against
fascism ] this is because the current Russia considers itself as the inheritor of the Soviet Union; education of population in a military style, in order to infiltrate in the conscience of people of this country that Russia is surrounded by enemies and it will come the moment that its future should be protected by the force of weapons. The author argues this thesis by several public declarations of the political elite governed by the president V. Putin. This charter of the monograph is a real premiere for the contemporary historians in our country. In the second part it is presented a picture in details referring to different cataclysms, road accidents and other catastrophes which took

The author presents the role and importance of these events in the political and social-economic life of Russia, in several situations he demonstrates the inefficiency of the local administrations in settling the appeared problems or even the interest of some administrators in deleting the traces of some illegalities. In the annexes there are presented the reviews of the monograph author to several books which refer to the mentioned subject, some documents and materials which prove the pro-Russian, traitorous role of the Socialist Party of the Republic of Moldova in the daily life of the republic.

РЕЗЮМЕ Данная монография посвящена роли Российской Федерации в событиях 2019 года в истории Республики Молдова, Украины, Республики Беларусь и Грузии и в различных катаклизмах, имевших место на территории России в указанном году, а также способам их преодоления. На данный момент все вышеуказанные
страны, за исключением Беларуси, объединяет наличие нерешённых территориальных конфликтов, спровоцированных Россией. Республика Беларусь включена в данный перечень, поскольку российская пропаганда и администрация привлекают всё больше и больше внимания к этой стране и существует опасность повторения
в Беларуси трагических молдавских, украинских и грузинских сценариев. Данная работа включает 2 части, выводы, библиографию, 12 приложений и именные указатели. В первой части монографии автор, основываясь на ряде заявлений нескольких российских политиков и реакции общественности на них, анализирует
отношения России с Молдовой, Украиной, Грузией и Беларусью в ушедшем, 2019, году. Автор рассматривает основные цели, преследуемые Российской Федерацией в каждой из указанных стран, а также методы, используемые российскими политиками и дипломатами в данных странах. Особое место занимает анализ
некоторых историко лингвистических проблем, которые путинское руководство осуществляет на территории стран бывшего СССР. К ним относятся: восстановление влияния русского языка, ставшего инструментом империалистского экспансионизма; подчёркивание исключительной роли СССР в победе над гитлеровской
Германией («над фашизмом»), поскольку сегодняшняя Россия считается прямым наследником Советского Союза;
воспитание населения в военном духе в целях внедрения в сознание граждан данной страны мысли о том, что Россия окружена врагами и что наступит момент, когда её будущее придётся защищать силой оружия. Автор аргументирует данную работу несколькими публичными заявлениями российской политической элиты, возглавляемой президентом В. Путиным.
278 RUSIA, 2019: „Acesta a fost un an greu. Данный раздел монографии - нечто совершенно новое для историков современности в нашей стране. Во второй части представлена очень подробная картина различных катаклизмов, дорожно-транспортных происшествий и других катастроф, имевших место на территории России в течение рассматриваемого периода. Автор представляет роль и важность указанных событий в политической и социально-экономической жизни России, а также демонстрирует - в нескольких случаях - неэффективность органов местного управления в решении возникших проблем или даже интерес некоторых руководителей в устранении следов таких беззаконий. В приложениях представлены рецензии автора монографии на несколько книг по указанной тематике, некоторые документы и материалы, которые дополняют монографическую работу новыми аргументами, а также другие документы, доказывающие пророссийскую и предательскую роль Партии социалистов Республики Молдова в повседневной жизни страны.
SUMMARY This monograph is consecrated to the role of the Russian Federation in the events of 2019 year in the history of the Republic of Moldova, Ukraine, Republic of Belarus and Georgia and different cataclysms which took place on the territory of Russia during this year and the manner they were passed. All the mentioned above countries, except Belarus currently are united by the existence of the non-settled territorial conflicts caused by Russia. The Republic of Belarus is included in this list because the Russian administration and propaganda draw more and more attention to this country and there is the danger that the tragic scenarios from Moldova, Ukraine and Georgia will be repeated in Belarus. The paper consists of 2 parts, conclusions, Bibliography, 12 annexes, names. In the first part of the monograph the author relied on a series of declarations of several Russian politicians and the public reaction to them and he analyzed the relations of Russia and Moldova, Ukraine, Georgia, Belarus during 2019 year which passed. There are analyzed the main goals set by Russia in each of these countries and the methods through which the Russian politicians and diplomats action in these countries. A special place in the paper has the analysis of some historicallinguistics issues which are realized by the government of Putin on the territory of the ex-Soviet Union countries. Through them: recovery of Russian language influence which has become a device of the imperialist expansion, establishment of the exclusive role of USSR in the victory against the Hitler’s Germany („against
fascism"] this is because the current Russia considers itself as the inheritor of the Soviet Union; education of population in a military style, in order to infiltrate in the conscience of people of this country that Russia is surrounded by enemies and it will come the moment that its future should be protected by the force of weapons. The author argues this thesis by several public declarations of the political elite governed by the president V. Putin. This charter of the monograph is a real premiere for the contemporary historians in our country. In the second part it is presented a picture in details referring to different cataclysms, road accidents and other catastrophes which took

The author presents the role and importance of these events in the political and social-economic life of Russia, in several situations he demonstrates the inefficiency of the local administrations in settling the appeared problems or even the interest of some administrators in deleting the traces of some illegalities. In the annexes there are presented the reviews of the monograph author to several books which refer to the mentioned subject, some documents and materials which prove the pro-Russian, traitorous role of the Socialist Party of the Republic of Moldova in the daily life of the republic.
