Zusammenfassung: | Systems and institutions of literary Francophonie: language, written culture, and the publishing world -- Francophone spatialities: cities, landscapes, environments -- Relational identities: sex, gender, and class in Francophone world arenas -- Francophone literature and planetary intertexts. "Francophone Literature as World Literature examines French-language works from a range of global traditions and shows how these literary practices draw individuals, communities, and their cultures and idioms into a planetary web of tension and cross-fertilization. The Francophone corpus under scrutiny here comes about in the evolving, markedly relational context provided by these processes and their developments during and after the French empire. The fifteen chapters of this collection delve into key aspects, moments, and sites of the literature flourishing throughout the francosphere after World War II and especially since the 1980s, from the French Hexagon to the Caribbean and India and from Québec to the Maghreb and Romania. This body of work claims, with particular force in the wake of the littérature-monde debate, its place in a more democratic world republic of letters, where writers, critics, publishers, and audiences are no longer beholden to traditional centers of cultural authority"-- |

This body of work claims, with particular force in the wake of the littérature-monde debate, its place in a more democratic world republic of letters, where writers, critics, publishers, and audiences are no longer beholden to traditional centers of cultural authority"--</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="650" ind1="0" ind2="7"><subfield code="a">Literatur</subfield><subfield code="0">(DE-588)4035964-5</subfield><subfield code="2">gnd</subfield><subfield code="9">rswk-swf</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="650" ind1="0" ind2="7"><subfield code="a">Weltliteratur</subfield><subfield code="0">(DE-588)4189602-6</subfield><subfield code="2">gnd</subfield><subfield code="9">rswk-swf</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="651" ind1=" " ind2="7"><subfield code="a">Französisches Sprachgebiet</subfield><subfield code="0">(DE-588)4018141-8</subfield><subfield code="2">gnd</subfield><subfield code="9">rswk-swf</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="653" ind1=" " ind2="0"><subfield code="a">French literature / French-speaking countries / History and criticism</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="653" ind1=" " ind2="0"><subfield code="a">French literature / 20th century / History and criticism</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="653" ind1=" " ind2="0"><subfield code="a">French literature / Appreciation</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="655" ind1=" " ind2="7"><subfield code="0">(DE-588)4143413-4</subfield><subfield code="a">Aufsatzsammlung</subfield><subfield code="2">gnd-content</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="689" ind1="0" ind2="0"><subfield code="a">Französisches Sprachgebiet</subfield><subfield code="0">(DE-588)4018141-8</subfield><subfield code="D">g</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="689" ind1="0" ind2="1"><subfield code="a">Literatur</subfield><subfield code="0">(DE-588)4035964-5</subfield><subfield code="D">s</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="689" ind1="0" ind2="2"><subfield code="a">Weltliteratur</subfield><subfield code="0">(DE-588)4189602-6</subfield><subfield code="D">s</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="689" ind1="0" ind2=" "><subfield code="5">DE-604</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="700" ind1="1" ind2=" "><subfield code="a">Moraru, Christian</subfield><subfield code="0">(DE-588)1081252979</subfield><subfield code="4">edt</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="700" ind1="1" ind2=" "><subfield code="a">Simek, Nicole</subfield><subfield code="d">1976-</subfield><subfield code="0">(DE-588)1147648956</subfield><subfield code="4">edt</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="700" ind1="1" ind2=" "><subfield code="a">Westphal, Bertrand</subfield><subfield code="d">1962-</subfield><subfield code="0">(DE-588)141823658</subfield><subfield code="4">edt</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="776" ind1="0" ind2="8"><subfield code="i">Erscheint auch als</subfield><subfield code="n">Online-Ausgabe</subfield><subfield code="z">978-1-5013-4715-3</subfield><subfield code="w">(DE-604)BV046792561</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="776" ind1="0" ind2="8"><subfield code="i">Erscheint auch als</subfield><subfield code="n">Online-Ausgabe, ePDF</subfield><subfield code="t">Francophone literature as world literature</subfield><subfield code="d">New York : Bloomsbury Academic, 2020</subfield><subfield code="z">978-1-5013-4716-0</subfield><subfield code="w">(DE-604)BV046792561</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="856" ind1="4" ind2="2"><subfield code="m">Digitalisierung UB Regensburg -
