| Zusammenfassung: | Zur Lösung des in der Türkei herrschenden ethno-nationalen Konfliktes zwischen Türken und Kurden schlägt der Autor vor, die Türkei nach einem dezentralen und föderalen Staatsmodell in 21 Regionen neu aufzuteilen. Trotz weltweit stattfindender Dezentralisierungsprozesse besteht die Türkei weiterhin auf das französische Modell der zentralistischen Nationalstaatlichkeit. Das theoretische Konzept der Unteilbarkeit der Nation stellt eine Grundlage der kemalistischen Staatsideologie dar. Aufgrund der Forderung der Kurden, die die zweitgrößte Bevölkerungsgruppe des Landes darstellen, nach Autonomie wird die Türkei jedoch gezwungen sein, sich kurz- oder mittelfristig zu dezentralisieren In order to propose a solution to the ethno-national conflict between Turks and Kurds in Turkey, the author has devised a model of a decentralised and federal state, in which Turkey would consist of 21 regions.
