Zusammenfassung:Exhibition curated by specialists Shengtian Zheng and Christina Yu Yu of the USC Pacific Asia Museum that presents the transpacific ties between the creative communities of Mexico and China in the last century. The exhibition shows the origin of the influence of Mexican art in Chinese artistic culture, which took place from 1930 to 1960 with the visit of Mexican muralists, painters and cartoonists to the Asian country and is made up of more than 50 pieces, including graphic works , painting, drawing and audiovisual material from collections in China, Canada, the United States and Mexico. In China, political changes significantly influenced artistic and cultural movements, first by replacing a series of dynasties that ruled the country until 1912; later, by a republican government that lasted until 1949, the year from which, and to this day, the Communist Party proclaimed the People's Republic of China. Since 1976, after the death of Mao Zedong, China opened its doors and positioned itself as an economic power in the world
