In Handbook of Clinical Nutrition and Aging, a panel of recognized academic geriatricians, clinicians, and scientists provide detailed strategies for using nutritional interventions to ameliorate a host of age-related disorders and thus help to lessen both personal suffering caused by these conditions and the accompanying increases in health care costs.
