Zusammenfassung: | "Fairness of wage distribution – or the perception of such – is a phenomenon crucial for the stability of new democracies. While theories exist about how change of the political system trickles down to the attitudinal level, the systematic analysis of the effect of economic transition on public attitudes has been neglected to a large extent. Wage Distribution Fairness in Post-Socialist Countries proposes a conceptual framework to measure the fairness of wage distribution. Indeed, looking particularly at wage distribution fairness in three post-socialist societies (Hungary, East Germany, Czech Republic) since the transition in 1989, this challenging monograph also aims to understand if, and to what extent, the experience of a socialist regime motivates individuals to consider wage distribution as fair.Contributing to our understanding of the relevance of socialization and other situational factors influencing economic legitimacy, Wage Distribution Fairness in Post-Socialist Countries will appeal to undergraduate and postgraduate students, as well as postdoctoral researchers, interested in fields including: Sociology, Eastern European Studies and Political Economics."--Provided by publisher |

Indeed, looking particularly at wage distribution fairness in three post-socialist societies (Hungary, East Germany, Czech Republic) since the transition in 1989, this challenging monograph also aims to understand if, and to what extent, the experience of a socialist regime motivates individuals to consider wage distribution as fair.Contributing to our understanding of the relevance of socialization and other situational factors influencing economic legitimacy, Wage Distribution Fairness in Post-Socialist Countries will appeal to undergraduate and postgraduate students, as well as postdoctoral researchers, interested in fields including: Sociology, Eastern European Studies and Political Economics."--Provided by publisher</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="648" ind1=" " ind2="7"><subfield code="a">Geschichte 1991-2008</subfield><subfield code="2">gnd</subfield><subfield code="9">rswk-swf</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="650" ind1="0" ind2="7"><subfield code="a">Verteilungsgerechtigkeit</subfield><subfield code="0">(DE-588)4127097-6</subfield><subfield code="2">gnd</subfield><subfield code="9">rswk-swf</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="650" ind1="0" ind2="7"><subfield code="a">Postkommunismus</subfield><subfield code="0">(DE-588)4998161-4</subfield><subfield code="2">gnd</subfield><subfield code="9">rswk-swf</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="651" ind1=" " ind2="7"><subfield code="a">Deutschland</subfield><subfield code="g">Östliche Länder</subfield><subfield code="0">(DE-588)4252579-2</subfield><subfield code="2">gnd</subfield><subfield code="9">rswk-swf</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="651" ind1=" " ind2="7"><subfield code="a">Tschechien</subfield><subfield code="0">(DE-588)4303381-7</subfield><subfield code="2">gnd</subfield><subfield code="9">rswk-swf</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="651" ind1=" " ind2="7"><subfield code="a">Ungarn</subfield><subfield code="0">(DE-588)4078541-5</subfield><subfield code="2">gnd</subfield><subfield code="9">rswk-swf</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="653" ind1=" " ind2="0"><subfield code="a">Sociology & Social Policy</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="653" ind1=" " ind2="0"><subfield code="a">European Studies</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="653" ind1=" " ind2="0"><subfield code="a">Central Asian, Russian & Eastern European Studies</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="655" ind1=" " ind2="7"><subfield code="0">(DE-588)4113937-9</subfield><subfield code="a">Hochschulschrift</subfield><subfield code="2">gnd-content</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="689" ind1="0" ind2="0"><subfield code="a">Ungarn</subfield><subfield code="0">(DE-588)4078541-5</subfield><subfield code="D">g</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="689" ind1="0" ind2="1"><subfield code="a">Deutschland</subfield><subfield code="g">Östliche Länder</subfield><subfield code="0">(DE-588)4252579-2</subfield><subfield code="D">g</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="689" ind1="0" ind2="2"><subfield code="a">Tschechien</subfield><subfield code="0">(DE-588)4303381-7</subfield><subfield code="D">g</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="689" ind1="0" ind2="3"><subfield code="a">Postkommunismus</subfield><subfield code="0">(DE-588)4998161-4</subfield><subfield code="D">s</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="689" ind1="0" ind2="4"><subfield code="a">Verteilungsgerechtigkeit</subfield><subfield code="0">(DE-588)4127097-6</subfield><subfield code="D">s</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="689" ind1="0" ind2="5"><subfield code="a">Geschichte 1991-2008</subfield><subfield code="A">z</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="689" ind1="0" ind2=" "><subfield code="5">DE-604</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="776" ind1="0" ind2="8"><subfield code="i">Erscheint auch als</subfield><subfield code="n">Online-Ausgabe, ebk</subfield><subfield code="z">978-1-315-40728-9</subfield><subfield code="w">(DE-604)BV044632947</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="787" ind1="0" ind2="8"><subfield code="i">Überarbeitung von</subfield><subfield code="a">Ignácz, Zsófia</subfield><subfield code="t">Justice attitudes towards the wage distribution</subfield><subfield code="c">justice profiles in post-socialist countries</subfield><subfield code="d">Berlin, 2014</subfield><subfield code="w">(DE-604)BV042508385</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="830" ind1=" " ind2="0"><subfield code="a">Routledge/European sociological association studies in European societies</subfield><subfield code="v">23</subfield><subfield code="w">(DE-604)BV012734619</subfield><subfield code="9">23</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="856" ind1="4" ind2="2"><subfield code="m">Digitalisierung BSB München - While theories exist about how change of the political system trickles down to the attitudinal level, the systematic analysis of the effect of economic transition on public attitudes has been neglected to a large extent. Wage Distribution Fairness in Post-Socialist Countries proposes a conceptual framework to measure the fairness of wage distribution. Indeed, looking particularly at wage distribution fairness in three post-socialist societies (Hungary, East Germany, Czech Republic) since the transition in 1989, this challenging monograph also aims to understand if, and to what extent, the experience of a socialist regime motivates individuals to consider wage distribution as fair.Contributing to our understanding of the relevance of socialization and other situational factors influencing economic legitimacy, Wage Distribution Fairness in Post-Socialist Countries will appeal to undergraduate and postgraduate students, as well as postdoctoral researchers, interested in fields including: Sociology, Eastern European Studies and Political Economics."--Provided by publisher Geschichte 1991-2008 gnd rswk-swf Verteilungsgerechtigkeit (DE-588)4127097-6 gnd rswk-swf Postkommunismus (DE-588)4998161-4 gnd rswk-swf Deutschland Östliche Länder (DE-588)4252579-2 gnd rswk-swf Tschechien (DE-588)4303381-7 gnd rswk-swf Ungarn (DE-588)4078541-5 gnd rswk-swf Sociology & Social Policy European Studies Central Asian, Russian & Eastern European Studies (DE-588)4113937-9 Hochschulschrift gnd-content Ungarn (DE-588)4078541-5 g Deutschland Östliche Länder (DE-588)4252579-2 g Tschechien (DE-588)4303381-7 g Postkommunismus (DE-588)4998161-4 s Verteilungsgerechtigkeit (DE-588)4127097-6 s Geschichte 1991-2008 z DE-604 Erscheint auch als Online-Ausgabe, ebk 978-1-315-40728-9 (DE-604)BV044632947 Überarbeitung von Ignácz, Zsófia Justice attitudes towards the wage distribution justice profiles in post-socialist countries Berlin, 2014 (DE-604)BV042508385 Routledge/European sociological association studies in European societies 23 (DE-604)BV012734619 23 Digitalisierung BSB München - ADAM Catalogue Enrichment application/pdf http://bvbr.bib-bvb.de:8991/F?func=service&doc_library=BVB01&local_base=BVB01&doc_number=030039954&sequence=000001&line_number=0001&func_code=DB_RECORDS&service_type=MEDIA Inhaltsverzeichnis Digitalisierung BSB München - ADAM Catalogue Enrichment application/pdf http://bvbr.bib-bvb.de:8991/F?func=service&doc_library=BVB01&local_base=BVB01&doc_number=030039954&sequence=000003&line_number=0002&func_code=DB_RECORDS&service_type=MEDIA Register // Gemischte Register |
