It was the fourth of a series of meetings held previously in San FeliD de Guixols (1986), San Sebastian (1989) and Matalascafias (1991). 140 scientist from 21 different countries attended the meeting. 55% coming from Spain, 20% from the European Union and 25% from the rest of the world. 92 contributions (including 13 invited manuscripts) out of a total number of 115 presentations at the Workshop have been here collected. These contributions are covering some of the most relevant and interesting problems related with Nanostructured and Noncrystalline Materials, on topics as: Fabrication and Processing Techniques, Electrical and Optical Properties, Structural Relaxation, Magnetic Properties and Technological Applications."--Preface |
