The Ecology of Sandy Shores, Third Edition provides a conceptual framework as well as techniques for researchers working
with the dynamic beach environment. Designed to both introduce students to the basic principles of sandy shore ecology
and serve as a ready reference for doctoral students and researchers working on these systems, it can also serve as a
handbook for land and coastal managers.
