SAŽETAK
Neminovno nastupa trenutak nakon kojeg posljednju
misao nosite nekamo. Možda. Ne znate hoćete li je se više
uopće ikada i sjećati.
Oduzima dah. Polazeći od Shakesperovih
djela (Zimskepriče* Troila i Kreside, Richarda III., Timona
a time samodestruktivnom pokretaču. Potisnut, nadma-
šuje svaki osjećaj.
Što ste odlagali u vlastitom životu? Što je ono što vam
je bilo najvažnije? Sloboda, odnos prema drugome, stva-
ranje i odabir vlastitog kraja teme su kojima se nastoji
odgovoriti na ovo pitanje. Proturječni osjećaji prema
postizanju vlastite, tuđe i političke slobode unatoč osobnim
i povijesnim spoznajama vode i nemogućnosti otvorenosti
prema drugome i zatvorenost u narcizmu. Izdaja nada-
slobodom.

SUMMARY
The moment inevitably comes when you carry your last
thought somewhere. Maybe. You do not know if you are
ever going to remember it. When you will, you still hope,
find out what this life was all about while you could not
improve either yourself or the world. The day when there
is not going to be anymore Monday when you could start
new life. The life, you think, that you yearned for all of your
existence. Maybe one should have a kind of cheat sheet
as a life reminder containing guidance about how, before
ones own closing moment, to correct something in own
life, or to help someone else’s.
One becomes a member of the guilt club by birth.
Membership is for life. The mysterious Fight club wants to
surpass pain, guilt does not pay attention to it. It takes the
breath away. Starting from Shakespeare’s works (Winters
Tale, Troilus and Cressida, Richard III? Timon of Athens,
Coriolanus etc.) as well as texts by Etienne da La Boetie,
Kafka, Mircea Eliade, Jean-Luc Nancy, and, in addition,
various phenomena of contemporary culture, the author
depicts the feeling of guilt as one of the strongest destruc-
tive, hence self-destructive, moving forces. When it is
repressed, it is stronger than any other feeling.
What have you been postponing in your own life? What
has been the most important to you? Freedom, an atti-
tude towards the other, creativity and choice of ones own
end are some of the themes that the author has chosen
as answers to this question. Contradictory feelings in
achieving ones own, or other peoples, as well as political
185
freedom, very often make openness towards the other
impossible, and imprison people in narcissism. Betraying
of ones own inspiration by siding with pragmatism, is to
defraud ones own self that possesses special gumption of
revenge and initiates possible final consent to the total
chaos of Troilus and Cressida. Or, eventually, the magic
of rescue in the way of Shakespeare’s Winters Tale. Guilt
has no possibility of an end. It obeys the death drive.
Eventually the solution is a sincere wish for ones own and
other peoples freedom.
