Theoretical topics covered include learning theory, attentional processes and repression. Empirical work on for example, cognitive training, ambiguity resolution and functional imaging is discussed. In the final section work with a clinical perspective includes imagery, social anxiety, autobiographical memory and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy.
