AND GREAT BETRAYAL
Summary
Sabri Maxhuni in the book "Assembly of
Taxation" has taken on the sets of scientific
truth in Albanian history. Walking tracks in
the history of his nation, he encountered a
host deviations, false information, distor-
tions of facts, distortions, unfounded facts
and scientific data incorrect. History of the
Albanian people is "enriched" with the false
from the "great division" of Christianity the
same in both churches, in 1054, the Catholic
Church (Catholic word derived from Greek,
meaning, applies to all), and the Orthodox
Church (the word derived from the Greek
Orthodox, ie. true believer). Besides other
differences, a difference of these two reli-

gions is that Catholic Christianity as the
religion of common worth of a large number
of different peoples with different social
systems.
Catholic Church has not allowed in that

While orthodox Christianity asked to inde-

pendence people individually, and as such
has insisted on the formation of autoce-
phalous branch as "autonomous" to her.
This conflict was followed with great
controversy, antagonisms unsubscribed and
therefore come to the division of the Roman
Empire in two. Albanians have accepted and

preoccupies the author of the book "The
Assembly of Taxation”.
Sabri Maxhuni is one of the most pro-
minent activists of the national cause, one of
the most active activists concerned with
solving the national question five decades,
without stopping and without fatigue. Man

the twentieth century.

Sabri Maxhuni as lucid and creative
man, undefeated in its ideals, especially the
disturbing layers of superior academic edu-
cation, which makes knowingly apologist of
“preaching to the slavisation cursed”. By ana-
lyzing the past of his nation, as a philosopher
of Albanian history, Mr. Maxhuni my great
concern turns to our day, namely the future
of the nation.
The theme of the book "Parliament of
Taxation", this historical-philosophical es-
says, is that the Albanian historiography ra-
ther busy man has no personality and most
outstanding event of the Albanian cause,
and the captain colossus, ideologue and le-
ader of the Kosovo Liberation War in 1912.
No place of his conscious activity of the
patriotic war of liberation began and Alba-
nian organized four Albanian vilayets.
"Assembly of Taxation" is one of the
greatest events in history. This assembly was
held in Istanbul's Taksim, respectively in the

ministrative units, provinces, Turkish), which
were as follows:
• vilayet of Kosovo, based in Skopje,
with a total land area of 32,000 square km,
with a population of 863,000 inhabitants;
• vilayet of Shkodra, based in Shkodra,
with an area of 8190 square km, with a po-
pulation of 241,000 inhabitants;
• vilayet of Janina, based in Janina, with
a total land area of 16,664 square km, with a
population of, 510,000 inhabitants, and,
• vilayet of Monastery, based in Bitola,
with an area of 32,000 square km, with a
population of, 890,000 inhabitants.1
"Assembly of Taxation" has led Hasan
Bej Prishtina. The essence of the event, res-
pectively, pastry subject of the offense "Asse-
mbly of Taxation", argues that the Assembly
has issued alarm for all Albanian uprising
against the Ottoman Empire and the creation
of an independent Albanian state in its ethnic
boundaries.

88,854 km and a population of 2,606,000
inhabitants.2
Hasan Bej Prishtina leads uprising, who

the permanent historical truth and fal-
sehood, the fight for survival and living life.

the smash in the field of research not to ever
return to inactivity," not to allow for ever, for
others to write our own history and others to
show who we are . before that we do own.
Works "Assembly Taxation" the genre of
philosophy of history and political philo-
sophy. Sabri Maxhuni not enter the dates,
numbers, names, description of events in
historical scientific metric, but mainly driven
by logical deduction as a way of recognition
of certain specific truths in support of ge-
neral truths, the author issues the conse-
quences and scatter, explains, reflects what
is more special, more individual, more con-
crete and pragmatic. Historical dates, such
as 1054,1389,1912,1945,1997,1999, or 2ou for
the author as if those events are taking place
today.
Events were held yesterday, depending
on the distance of time, the author a very
short time interval, those, as I repeat, are
developing today. The activity of the long
and hard political work under the physical
pressure of psychic experience, and political

of Mr. Maxhuni.
Philosophy of history, but also of poli-
tical philosophy, Mr. Maxhuni has pinpoints
the most sensitive and most of the time
neurological terms of national history and
politics, namely, political strategy. As a con-
noisseur of excellent national history, based
on scientific truth, served with clean data
source, without any bias or interest, ideolo-
gy, dogma or, has managed to Albanian
history today new data, relevant facts, scien-
tific arguments quite different from what
historians have referred to the Serb-Slavic-
Byzantine and their associates. In essence,
the philosophical and historical, but also of

Mr.Maxhuni recounts plans notorious Ser-
bian-Byzantine-Slavic cast in the political as
opposed to Albanians, since the early 1863,
when they start to throw seven movements
of the Balkan peoples to establish their na-
tional states.

How often are closely Serb-Slavic-Byza-
ntine know where they go-knocking. Even
today many doctors to social sciences, histo-
rical and philosophical, legal or general
cultural, scientific courage did not come out
and publicly to withdraw papers, exhibitions,
dissertations, as well as their books once
they have provided the justification, prote-
ction, support, etc. .,the doctrine Serb-Slavic-
Orthodox Byzantine defense of actions that
have caused genocide cannibal country, but
on the contrary, steadfastly continue to re-
main silent or still remain in their positions,
as well as serious wrong.
Truth to tell students today, a teenager,
the communist brigades, regardless of Alba-
nian or Serbian, Kosovo or Albania liberated
from the Germans in 1945, is more than ig-
norance, more than grief, more than treason.
This is the concern of Mr. Maxhuni. To say
today that a teenager “Had Bujani national

small as it is revealed every detail, every

rests of "The Assembly Taxation" Conference

these books that are no longer valid for

change. The author urges immediate institu-
tionalization of the issue, and the revalua-
tion of all values that have to do with na-
tional issues generally, and especially the
historical values.

Sabri Maxhuni influenced by existen-
tialist philosophy that "man is responsible
for acts done" seeks, primarily from acade-
mic, intellectual elite, and all staff respon-
sible national political rehabilitation of the
truth and - the establishment of national
history in its tracks real.
Aware that "Without the influence of
the past could not solve either the existence
issues" such as Italian existentialist Abanjano
