The UNCITRAL Model Law on Secured Transactions will be adopted shortly.
This book brings together presentations made by experts from various legal sys-
tems at an international conference held in Geneva in September 2014, devoted
to the analysis of the draft Model Law as well as to other recent developments
in the field of secured transactions.
La loi type de la CNUDCI sur les opérations garanties est en voie d adoption.
Le présent ouvrage réunit des exposés présentés par des spécialistes issus de
diverses traditions juridiques lors d un colloque international tenu à Genève en
septembre 2014, consacré à l étude du projet de loi type ainsi qu à d autres
développements récents dans le domaine des sûretés réelles mobilières.
