RESUME
This book contains 18 editorials which jointly can outline a book. Subsequent to the foreword, the author M. Ternava (who studied in Zadar-Zare) gives no advantage to himself but represents few individuals from Kosova who visited Zadar-Zare. Due to scientific and human significance, and not to leave it just with that, he represents the most important visits to Europe as well, aiming at making readers aware that he did not visit the Arbnesh village only-a village situated close to Zadar-Zard.
He mentions visits to the main Slavic centers; capital Tirana along with other cities of Albania; Paris and Montpelen of France; Berlin and Jene of Germany; Sofia in Bulgaria with four or five other cities; Bucharest in Rumania; two times to Ankara and Istanbul in Turkey; three times for 10-15 days to the medieval city of Ragusa-Dubrovnik in Croatia for scientific researches. Such visits resulted with an editorial published by the author where he strikes the importance of Raguza’s archive for the medieval history of Kosova. The same editorial was included in his earlier book” Medieval studies” published in Prishtina in 2001.

After the aforementioned editorial, author Ternava based on a
photocopy which was published on the magazine “Glasnik
Skopskog Naucnog Drustva”, where while rereading the inscription
of Aleks Pirrot Durrsaku from XV-XVI centuries, offers a reading
which according to Ternava is more accurate than the reading
published in the respective magazine, even though content wise,
Ternava gives advantage to the author of the article published on
that scientific periodical.
After the abovementioned commentary, there are other commentaries in row, starting with the reading of Luetiq’s observation, named “Anali Historiskog Instituta” published in Dubrovnik. It deals with Balajtit’s book who was an arbnesh , and with some Albanian words and concords, despite the fact that that issue as a whole article was published in the “Rilindja” newspaper few decades ago.
After that commentary as the sixth in row, the seventh commentary is dedicated to the to the handling of Albanian language.
Next commentary deals with the consideration whether to publish or no the newspaper called “Zani i shqiptarit” in Arbnesh of Zara-Zadar; in the Albanian bibliography Palok Daka informed that several numbers were published, whereas M. Ternava proves that there were editorials only as proclamation for prepayment.
A.Stragiqiq wrote widely on the proclamation and it got reviewed in the book, along with the issue of the commence to learn Albanian language.

Despite thoughts that girls started to learn Albanian in 1901, the author concludes that Arbneshs of Zara started to learn Albanian in 1903. (included in the ninth article)
Article ten deals with the Italianization of Zara’s Arbneshs based on Split’s newspaper” Jedinstvo”. Narodni list” deals/explores facts about the ninth and tenth article.
While reading the “Albania” newspaper (a newspaper that started to publish in 1897 by Faik Konica), author Ternava puts forth facts in relation to the Albanian language learning from Arbneshs in Zadar/Zara.
Apart from those factual articles, the author selected some other articles from “La nacione Albaneze” a newspaper dealing with aforementioned issue. Article number 13, quantity wise is larger than all 18 articles of this book. It represents the standing of Austro-Hungarian toward Arbneshs of Zara at the end of XIX century and beginning of the XX-th, that according to the author had an adequate educational approach toward Albanian learning into that colony. That attitude was in power in Albania and Kosova too, along with Montenegro as a continuation of Albanian schools of the Albanian Prizren’s League, and even earlier, as the case of the Albanian school of Janjeva in XVI century was.
Such a learning and reading tradition through Albanian language, enhanced during I World War (1914-1918) into the occupied settlements by Austro-Hungarians, who, along with Italians and Germans from the II World War with regards to education were not absolute invaders. Thus, author Ternava, titles

the 14th article as follows: ’’Attendance or continuation of Albanian
schools”. Among other facts, it tells that inhabitants of Arbneshi
village along with two other villages in Slavonia and some parts of
some villages of Zadar outskirt were linguistically Croatiazed. In
light of this, it counts for arbnesh-albanian of 48 villages of
Peshter as well as parts of Novi Pazar and Tutin.
The author analysis the comparison between arbneshs of Zara and Albanian inhabitants of Peshter too, continuing with a commentary called ’’Albanian journalism In Europe and in America” with facts extracted from a voluminous journalism book compiled by Shefqet Dibrani. The book concludes with a commentary called ’’Instructions on numismatics for students of the third year” and wrapped up by a short resume in Albanian and English.
