Analysis indicates that there remains a strong link between the socio-economic circumstances into which a child is born and their adult outcomes. Children from lower socio-economic groups, born in the year 2000, have shown signs of falling behind their more advantaged peers by the age of three. The report examines the risk factors for poor outcomes and discusses the need for policy that works across family and school |

Analysis indicates that there remains a strong link between the socio-economic circumstances into which a child is born and their adult outcomes. Children from lower socio-economic groups, born in the year 2000, have shown signs of falling behind their more advantaged peers by the age of three. The report examines the risk factors for poor outcomes and discusses the need for policy that works across family and school POLITICAL SCIENCE / Public Policy / Social Security bisacsh POLITICAL SCIENCE / Public Policy / Social Services & Welfare bisacsh Child development / Social aspects fast Child welfare fast Children / Services for fast Children / Social conditions fast Children's rights fast Equality fast Poor children fast Schulkind swd Unterprivilegierung swd Gesellschaft Kind Children Great Britain Social conditions Children's rights Great Britain Child development Social aspects Children Services for Great Britain Child welfare Great Britain Poor children Great Britain Equality Great Britain Unterprivilegierung (DE-588)4274816-1 gnd rswk-swf Schulkind (DE-588)4077197-0 gnd rswk-swf Großbritannien Großbritannien (DE-588)4022153-2 gnd rswk-swf Großbritannien (DE-588)4022153-2 g Schulkind (DE-588)4077197-0 s Unterprivilegierung (DE-588)4274816-1 s 1\p DE-604 Feinstein, L.
