At a legal meeting of the inhabitants of the town of Ipswich ... on Wednesday, Feb. 21, 1810, "for ... taking into consideration several petitions to the legislature ... for altering the session of the Supreme Judicial Court now established by law to be holden at Ipswich, and fixing it at Newburyport ...
