TOPICS. THE FIRST TOPIC DEALS WITH ATOMIC SCALE DEVICES OR CIRCUIT
REQUIREMENTS, AS WELL AS RELATED RECENT TECHNOLOGICAL DEVELOPMENTS; FOR
EXAMPLE, SURFACE SCIENCE ENGINEERING AND ATOMIC SCALE INTERCONNECTS
