CONSUMPTIONS AND THE RELATED COUNTERMEASURES WITH THE AIM OF PROTECTING
THE HEALTH OF CONSUMERS. THIS DIFFICULT OBJECTIVE IS HIGHLY
MULTIDISCIPLINARY AND REQUIRES A PLETHORA OF DIFFERENT COMPETENCIES.
