ABOUT THE OPTIMAL STANDARDS OF THE
STATUS OF RELIGION COMMUNITIES IN MODERN
DEMOCRACY
(Annual conference of the Sociology Institution, Durrës,
23 November 2013)
The discussion concerning this theme-project contains the
Charter of a Memorandum card (20 pages), which is thought to be
approved from a European authority (Parliament), like a principal
orientation platform with the help of the countries that aspire for
democracy. Connected with the central theme of the conference
Democracy in a nasty area the witness navigates that religions
are also nasty not in a small quantity. He drags the attention that
this friendly occurrence, inherited from the deepness of centuries
is constantly becoming more problematic and it remains in the epi-
center of the controversial issues, in every nook and cranny of any
place and in an international standing.
The political-legal sanctions of the European Renaissance, its
revolutionary spirit, illuminative and educative, have left solid
footprints in many international constitutions and documents, and
they, somewhere are still formal or have been toned down, some-
where else in the world, they haven t touched theocracy; they are
sensitive the political crutches and the destructive instrumenta-
tion of the religious nonsense. The dramas and the wounds that
have been cause and nations all over the world keep facing, are of

The excessive emphasized gentlemen spirit it s provoking the appe-
tite of vicars for illegal promises and makes them more aggressive
to wards the secularism of atheists who naturally are triumphantly
marching. By treating the faithful ones like an untouchable flow-
er , we are facing an offensive religious gushing against science,
in particular, and Darwinism where a couple of secular scientific
potentials have been described.
The international cultural, sociology, politicking, legal pru-
dence, now possess a rich and full vision and principal ideas for
keeping the sanctuaries and the faithful ones as the authenti-
cally functions. For this is required for the political will to be to-
tally democratic, so it can guarantee the optimal standards and
treat religious groups as a category with thousands of NGO֊s
of a civil organized society (Non government Organizations).
Quite different from the flirtations of countries with the nonsense
of the Prayers in the different eras of history, the country of the
modern democracy should use illumination, as the only device
and practice of progress and emancipation of society, especially
women, on whom the religious taboos have fallen harder. Europe,
which traditionally has been the first violin in the orientation and
harmonization, humanization and democratization of the public or-
der of the social life, in the 21st century is obligated to give a new
push towards an adequate status to minimize the damages and put
boundaries on the absurd desires.
In function of the support of this Card, Model of a Memoran-
dum, this book is also joining Anti-God (370 pages), that doses
with the full this Card, a book containing an appeal for more active
steps towards emancipation of humanity from its biggest tragedy-
comedy, fixed around an illusion of its childhood, which many be-
lievers, are giving it their all with adoration and their head held
down, closed within themselves from fictive fear.
