They also investigated the influence of the time schedule in the treatment of experimental tumors. Since the publication of those studies, cell population kinetics cannot be left out of any discussion of the rational basis of chemotherapy. When clinical oncologists began to apply cell kinetic concepts in practice about 15 years ago, the theoretical basis was still very poor, in spite of Skipper's progress, and the lack of re levant cytokinetic and pharmacologic data was apparent. Subsequently, much theoretical work has been done and many cell kinetic models have been elaborated (for a review see Eisen, 1977) Medicine Oncology Cytology Statistics Medicine & Public Health Mathematical and Computational Biology Cell Biology Statistics for Life Sciences, Medicine, Health Sciences Medizin Statistik Cytostatikum (DE-588)4068347-3 gnd rswk-swf Wirkung (DE-588)4190021-2 gnd rswk-swf Wachstum (DE-588)4064115-6 gnd rswk-swf Krebszelle (DE-588)4128704-6 gnd rswk-swf Mathematisches Modell (DE-588)4114528-8 gnd rswk-swf Krebs Medizin (DE-588)4073781-0 gnd rswk-swf Proliferation (DE-588)4047461-6 gnd rswk-swf Statistisches Modell (DE-588)4121722-6 gnd rswk-swf Chemotherapie (DE-588)4127083-6 gnd rswk-swf Krebs Medizin (DE-588)4073781-0 s Chemotherapie (DE-588)4127083-6 s Statistisches Modell (DE-588)4121722-6 s 1\p DE-604 Krebszelle (DE-588)4128704-6 s Wachstum (DE-588)4064115-6 s 2\p DE-604 Cytostatikum (DE-588)4068347-3 s Wirkung (DE-588)4190021-2 s Mathematisches Modell (DE-588)4114528-8 s 3\p DE-604 Proliferation (DE-588)4047461-6 s 4\p DE-604 https://doi.org/10.1007/978-3-642-45651-0 Verlag Volltext 1\p cgwrk 20201028 DE-101 https://d-nb.info/provenance/plan#cgwrk 2\p cgwrk 20201028 DE-101 https://d-nb.info/provenance/plan#cgwrk 3\p cgwrk 20201028 DE-101 https://d-nb.info/provenance/plan#cgwrk 4\p cgwrk 20201028 DE-101 https://d-nb.info/provenance/plan#cgwrk |
