Beschreibung: | Conjugated polymers suoh as polyaoetylene (CH)x polyphenylene (C6H4)x' poly thiophene (C4H2S)x' etc. , which are insulators in their pristine state, can be brought to the metallic state after "doping" with ohemioal speoies whioh oan be either eleotron donors or I aoceptors. . This doping prooess involves a oharge transfer between the dopant moleoule and the polymer ohain whioh are then supposed to be spatially olose to each other. It follows that the meohanism of doping must be oonsidered as an aotual interoalation process, which will greatly affeot the struotural oharacteristios of the starting material, as well as its morphology, as has been observed during the 2 intercalation of graphite and layered compounds . In parallel with these modifioations, the band struoture of the system changes yielding a new set of eleotronio properties. It is evident therefore that the struotural and eleotronio properties are intimately related, and must be studied simultaneously in the same system to give reliable information. A great number of studies have been devoted to the structural and electronic properties of conjugated polymers after a chemical or 2 electrochemical doping process . Most of these concern the properties of the system for a given dopant concentration. With this approach a universal pioture of the polymer/dopant system is very diffioult to obtain, as a comparison between different experiments is very hazardous. On the other hand, only a small number of measurements have been performed during the continuous electroohemioal doping of various polymers |

On the other hand, only a small number of measurements have been performed during the continuous electroohemioal doping of various polymers Physics Physics, general Struktur (DE-588)4058125-1 gnd rswk-swf Konferenz (DE-588)4032055-8 gnd rswk-swf Chemische Synthese (DE-588)4133806-6 gnd rswk-swf Einschlussverbindungen (DE-588)4151389-7 gnd rswk-swf Elektrochemie (DE-588)4014241-3 gnd rswk-swf Thermodynamik (DE-588)4059827-5 gnd rswk-swf Einlagerungsverbindungen (DE-588)4151347-2 gnd rswk-swf Physikalische Eigenschaft (DE-588)4134738-9 gnd rswk-swf Grafit (DE-588)4158067-9 gnd rswk-swf Clathrate (DE-588)4134530-7 gnd rswk-swf 1\p (DE-588)1071861417 Konferenzschrift 1987 Castéra-Verduzan gnd-content Clathrate (DE-588)4134530-7 s 2\p DE-604 Einlagerungsverbindungen (DE-588)4151347-2 s 3\p DE-604 Thermodynamik (DE-588)4059827-5 s DE-604 Struktur (DE-588)4058125-1 s Chemische Synthese (DE-588)4133806-6 s Konferenz (DE-588)4032055-8 s Physikalische Eigenschaft (DE-588)4134738-9 s Elektrochemie (DE-588)4014241-3 s Grafit (DE-588)4158067-9 s Einschlussverbindungen (DE-588)4151389-7 s Flandrois, S. edt Advanced Study Institute on Chemical Physics of Intercalation 1987 Castera Verduzan Sonstige (DE-588)16114818-9 oth Erscheint auch als Druck-Ausgabe 0-306-42831-8 https://doi.org/10.1007/978-1-4757-9649-0 Verlag Volltext 1\p cgwrk 20201028 DE-101 https://d-nb.info/provenance/plan#cgwrk 2\p cgwrk 20201028 DE-101 https://d-nb.info/provenance/plan#cgwrk 3\p cgwrk 20201028 DE-101 https://d-nb.info/provenance/plan#cgwrk |
