| Beschreibung: | Main description: Die Expansion des Stilbegriffs ist begründet durch Vielfalt von Theorien und unterschiedliche sprachliche Gegenstände, denen Stil zugeschrieben wird. Neben den Printmedien interessieren elektronische Medien, Geschriebenes wie Gesprochenes, Perspektiven nicht nur (wie bisher) aus Stilistik und Textlinguistik, sondern auch aus Soziolinguistik, Gesprächsanalyse, Pragmatik, Fachsprachenforschung, Übersetzungswissenschaft. Diese Situation fordert zur Diskussion von Forschungsstand und zukünftigen Forschungsfragen zu Stil als semiotisches, kulturelles und soziales Phänomen heraus Main description: The expansion of the concept of style has its roots in the diversity of theories on the subject and the different language elements to which style is ascribed. Alongside the print media, a whole plethora of other sectors clamor for attention, including the electronic media and oral as much as written utterances. This calls for perspectives no longer limited to traditional stylistics and text linguistics but extending to sociolinguistics, conversation analysis, pragmatics, LSP research and translation studies. This situation shows the necessity for discussion on the present state of research and future research issues in connection with style as a semiotic, cultural, and social phenomenon |
