Speaking about
Kosova
Liberation Army, as it was
mentioned and analyzed above, that derives from the
Serbian police and military forces, one can freely
conclude that
KLA
was a new military-political force
organized on voluntary basis, which according to its
level of organization, it was one of the unknown armies
in the world, in respect of the speed of its rise, versus
an unprecedented pressure being applied against
Kosova
Albanians by the Serbian power. In the post-
Cold War Balkans, armies of post-communist countries
would, would carry along their
monist
spirit up to
transformation and reorganization (that will occur
much later) in their military and defense doctrine, by
not restraining criminal campaigns and genocidal wars
over nations in the territory under its administration
where their armies had sovereign power. Such actions
were against interntional conventions on human rights
and liberties. In light of this, the genocide and crimes
committed by the Serbian state activities in
Kosova
were terrible, unprecedented and effectively opposed
by the international opinion.
"The number of displaced Albanians from the beginning of
the war in
Kosova
will never bo known. A lot of work is done
with numbers in this world, but numbers never managed to
cover and never will cover all the people and problems of this

world. In a special way, tragedies and numbers do not get
along with one another. Human tragedies are bigger than
numbers' chances to express them!"11
Referring to the above citation it can be underlined that we
shall never know the exact number of such documents
classified as secret documents of various Serbian intelligence
services. However, we shall also never be able to estimate
consequences, damages, horrors, and massive displacement
of the population, execution, imprisonments and misery up
to the genocide committed over Albanians under the
dominance and occupation of the time that came through
such 'papers' and got converted into suffering for the
Albanian population of all ages.
Such horror contributed most in the creation of a shield for
the population from the terror, violence and assimilation;
subjection and alteration of ethnic structure in
Kosova.
This
was proven earlier over Albanian territories from Timok to
Nish.
So,
KLA
consequently appeared on the stage and arose from
the most conscientious part of
Kosova
Albanians.
Considerable movements that had initiative, alternative
political opinion in its substance that cared for the freedom
of the collective and individual movement, speech and idea,
opinion and self-determination were the key soil of all
KLA
military forces range. In this sense, being decades ahead
from all military forces in the Balkans,

Army was completely in line with democratic principles of
the wetern Euro-democracies' military doctrine.
Although the aim of this book is not to evaluate
KLA
performance, one could state that this army did not commit
crimes, as it was attempted to be referred by Serbia at the
Tribunal of Hague through political processes against
KLA
members, including 'Limaj' and 'Haradinaj' cases.
Almost all writers and researchers of the war in
Kosova
and
its liberation army speak of a just and necessary war, just
like air for human organism is. This army managed to
internationalize its cause in a short period of time even prior
to NATO air strikes thus providing necessary support in the
world stage. It was no longer a unilateral war of
KLA
against Serbian Army, but a world wide war against
tyranny documented by the above written materials proving
its genocide committed against the whole Albanian nation
in accordance with the plans and projects drafted long ago
by the Serbian Government against Albanians aiming to
occupy their lands. Parallel things of what happened early
this century we can find in the book 'Albanian Golgotha12'
of
Leo Freundlisch,
the Austrian publisher of Jewish origin.

The entire book is a description of violence,
incineration, massacres and unprecedented horrors Serbian power
committed over unprotected civilan Albanians with the purpose
of deporting them from their lands.

Today,
besides everything that was seen and experienced,
not any Serbian soldier or police officer was directly
convicted for war crimes by the Tribunal of Hague for all
that violence, terror, raping and genocide applied over
Kosova
Albanians.
This cannot be justified by having convicted Milosevic only,
who is allegedly being considered responsible for the crimes
in
Kosova
and that other responsible criminals can move
freely and go on with their tune, knowing that there is
enogh ground to consider Milosevic responsible even for
only those war he initiated outside
Kosova
i.e. other parts of
former Yugoslavia (Croatai and Bosnia).
