INCLUDING RETAIL PREVENTIVE CONTROL PLANS, HACCP, AND FOOD HANDLER
CERTIFICATION AND TRAINING. IMPORTANT NEW AREAS SUCH AS THE GLOBAL FOOD
SAFETY INITIATIVE, WHICH OFFERS INTERNATIONAL RECOGNITION OF ESTABLISHED
