Industry Promotion Society, the vice president of the
Chinese Association for Science of Science and S&T
Policy Research. His research interests include S&T
&
innovation policy and management, technology foresight,
and competitiveness of high-tech industry.

Green growth has drawn great attention globally from
governments,
academia
and enterprises in recent
years, while the eco-innovation is recognized as a key to
green growth in the context of the global climate change
and the financial crisis.The book Innovation for Green
Growth consists of four parts, namely:

Innovative strategy for green growth;
(2)
Innovation policy for green growth;
(3)
Industrial innovation for green growth;
(4)
Enterprise technical innovation and
future
challenges
for green growth.
graduated from
Regensburg
University and majored in
economics. He researches on internationalization strategies
of corporations with a focus on knowledge management
and acquisition strategies. He was holding the chair of
International Management at the
Friedrich
Schiller University
Jena, Germany from
2000-2004.
In November
2004,
he
accepted an
öfter
from the University of
Bayreuth
to head
the newly founded chair of International Management. In
December
2004,
he was elected member of the board of the
German association for M&A. In November
2006,
he was
appointed director of the Bavarian-Chinese Center for
Academic Studies.
The articles in this book, from both Chinese and
German perspectives, enhance policy makers and
business leaders understanding of innovation policies
for green growth and provide a platform for sharing policy
experiences to facilitate implementation and improve
efficacy of the innovation policies for green growth.
