Followed by a further delineation of the controversy, and declaration that Quinby is willing to settle the matter in court, "written the 11th of January, 1734.". - Concerning a disputed land claim. - Evans, 3718. - Found bound after, and perhaps issued as a supplement to the New York Gazette, Jan. 28, 1733/34, printed by William Bradford. - Signed: Josiah Quinby. Followed by a note declaring that a second letter was written by him with much the same substance
