Third and fourth columns, on right half of sheet, contain the poem with woodcut of a hanging (Reilly 1175) at right of title. Imprint appears below third and fourth columns. - Followed by verse in sixteen stanzas entitled A few lines upon the awful execution of John Ormesby [i.e., Ormsby] & Matth.
