| Beschreibung: | This relatively large artists book by Cameron Jamie contains collages that were xeroxed on 120 gr coloured paper. Older and rejected drawings were torn up, re-assembled and reduced in size xeroxed on sheets of brightly coloured paper. The black rims that occurred during the process of xeroxing were torn up and re-assembled along with the drawings, giving them the quality of black frames that were shattered by the power of the images that they are trying to contain. In this book primitive idols built from broken dolls and offal light up, break free and claim their space. Un Singe à Gauche was issued in an edition of 150 copies.
