CONCLUSION
The linguistics of text, in philological studies in
Albanian, is still in its emerging phase. While in
European and American linguistic scientific
researches have achieved great results. Hence,
although with a considerable delay, it is a high time
that we start following its and at the same time give
our contribution to its development in Albanological
science.
The linguistics of text, as an interdisciplinary and
relatively new learning in linguistic science, should
be viewed in connection to other linguistic and non-
linguistic sciences. Text is a linguistic unit, it is the
main linguistic symbol. It has to do with all various
linguistic fields such as are phonology, morphology,
lexicology, syntax, stylistics, etc.
Text linguistics has certain research assignments
and objectives. Among the most important ones are:

Establishing the theory of description of text
macrostructure.
2.
It is with theoretic structuring of
the text that the ways through which the reviewing
and research of concepts of text model in real text is
to be carried out,
3.
Establishing of poetics of text-
linguistic, rhetoric and stylistic.
4.
Referring to the
lucidity of the text.
5.
Types of texts.
6.
Interdiscip-

integration of linguistics of the text with other
sciences, such as psychology, sociology, etc.

Establishing of a real text science.
Various branches of linguistic science, in the
entirety of the text, have certain roles and assign¬
ments. The semantic aspect of the text is dealt with
by text-semantic, the functioning of the text in con¬
text (extra -lingual) is dealt with by text-pragmatic,
the order of lexemes in sentence and of sentences in
larger units is dealt with by syntax, etc.
Text studies, based on mutual learning, are
reflected in qualitative aspect, as well. Namely, in
philological sciences, only in sciences that deal with
text analysis, in European studies of this sort, few
new researching disciplines have been established,
which analyze the text from various angles and
aspects, e.g. pragmatic linguistics as a knowledge on
the use of symbols

semiotic,
theory of understanding, theory of
communication, etc, and in the light of the afore¬
mentioned researches, included can also be other
stratification and aspects of researches such as:
semantic and syntactic coherence of text, congruence
of text units, competence and performance, external
and internal text, the situation of creation of text, text
generation according

The issue of defining the text, since the outset of
these studies, was brought up by many scholars,
among whom there were many controversies.

In our study, upon presenting the opinions of var¬
ious scholars on the definition of the text, our own
opinion was given on this segment and aspect of text
science, which has convergences and divergences
with other scholars from this field.
According to our research, text can be defined as
the connection of language units, linguistically cor¬
rect and semantically lucid (even if it is only a word),
through which an intended information is conveyed
in a written or in an oral form.
In this research paper several components of the
text have been analyzed, among which: pre-text, geo-
text, inter-text, sub-text, feno-text, etc.
Cohesion and coherence of the text are the two
most necessary indicators and factors to put together
a real and a good text. It has been pointed out that
various writings, but even speeches, lack in cohesion
and coherence, that is why we have poorly written
texts (non-texts) or linguistically and semantically
mutilated texts.
The writing of a text entails various factors,
which can be internal and external. Some of these
factors and their function, which are relevant to the
text writing, were reviewed and examined in a spe¬
cial way.
Compilation of the text was done based on the
following linguistic sciences:
Phonetic, morphology, syntax, pragmatic, seman¬
tic, stylistic and onomastics. The importance of these
achievements in the field of text science for text writ¬
ing and decomposition has been dealt with in a spe-

way. Likewise, the problem of typology of text
writing has also been laid down.
There are various kinds of texts and they differ
from each other according their special features and
their means of expression. From this perspective we
can dwell on discussions about features of various
kinds of texts: different kinds of literary texts such as
prose, poetry, drama and its various
subgenres,
essay,
polemics, interviews, travel-books, autobiography,
reportage, editorial, news, chronicles,
feuilleton,
research, scientific texts, etc.
The basis for syntactic composition of a text is
the extension of minimum two sentences that corre¬
late with each other. A maximal correlation is not
determined. Text is a macro-symbol of other linguis¬
tic signs, which are part of the macro-symbols.
Putting together of a text can start from the smaller
units or vice-versa. The same way as the problems of
text is the object of text science, its
literari
ty is the
object of sciences studying literature. Literality is a
specific form of aesthetic of the text. Another name
for literality is poeticism. Literality intertwines and
has to do with the text quality, as well. It also makes
a clear-cut distinction between literary and non-liter¬
ary text, etc.
We maintain that researches in the field of text
science in Albanian philology should be widened and
deepened so as the text linguistics could achieve ade¬
quate and sufficient results.
