SUMMARY
The book Serbian extremist organizations in
Kosova
is a
work of master thesis, which is published with some supplements.
The extremist and terrorist activities of Serbian organizations in
Kosova
and against
Kosova
have been treated with particular em¬
phasis in it. Also, at the same time there has been treated the degree
of Serbian state influence in the establishment and growth of the
activities of these organizations, as well as their programs, means
and methods of their work, interconnection of today s Serbian orga¬
nizations with previous Serbian terroristic organizations of the be¬
ginning of twentieth century. The extremist and terroristic activity of
these organizations against
Kosova
and against Albanian people in
general, has been treated basing on factual and scientific proofs.
Through this survey, we have tried to identify and treat Serbian
extremist and terrorist organizations, which operated in
Kosova
in
the past as well as the ones which are operating in the present times,
to analyze their activity, causes and consequences of this activity.

Our goal to this study is the real reflection of Serbian extremist
organizations activity against
Kosova,
the identification of founders,
carriers and propellants of this activity, as well as issuance of reco¬
mmendations on up-to-date activity, and the obstruction to further
extremist activities of these organizations.
While compiling this masters thesis, we had an abundance of
scientific literature in our disposal, such as: Secret Documents of

Serbian extremist and terrorist organizations operated time by
time in the past and they still keep operating in
Kosova,
which are
used as an instrument for realization of state plans of Great Serbia.
In order to reach these aims, these organizations did not even spare
their compatriots, leading their war only to territory gains.
The material treated in this book has been devided into three
chapters. In the first chapter secret terrorist organizations of the first
half of 20th century have been treated, which were founded at the
same time as Serbian secret terrorist organization
Crna Ruka
( Black Hand ), which is the fist terrorist organization internatio¬
nally, after that
Narodna Odbrana
( Popular Protection ), Bella
Ruka
( White Hand ), etc. In the second chapter Serbian extremist
organizations are treated
-
starting from Serbian Chetnik movement
during World War II, up to paramilitary units
-
voluntary guards of
Serbian political parties during the wars in Croatia, Bosnia and
Herzegovina and
Kosova.
The third chapter is more voluminous.
Here is treated the activity of Serbian extremist and terrorist organi¬
zations during the post-war period in
Kosova
(1999-2012),

The topic treated in this book is actual to this day, as these are
actively acting in different parts of the Republic of
Kosova,
parti¬
cularly in the North of the country, as well as in the other countries
around
Kosova,
in Balkans, Europe and the world. Even worse,
when extremist and terrorist activity of these organizations, suppor¬
ted by high Serbian state structures, especially by the segments of
military intelligence, is increasingly growing, and as such it repre¬
sents a danges not only to
Kosova
but the region, too.
The extremist activity of these organizations is a preocupation to
our law and order organs, as well as to international mechanisms,
mentioning here the continuing preocupations of people of
Kosova
and beyond. We are aware that in this master thesis it was not possi¬
ble to include in details terrorist and criminal activity of Serbian
extremist organizations, but we have seriously tried to authentically
treat this significant and sensitive topic with scientific impartiality,
which we think will have an impact to lighting the activity of these
organizations, and consequently take adequate law measures in
prevention of such activity and avoid consequences.
