Summary
The communism is
a predilect
subject of the historiography. It
represents a system of organizing human society which can be
characterized by principles such as: common possession of goods,
collective work, common consumption or equitable repartition of
products necessary for life. The communism implies a perfect
equality, a strong solidarity of people, a political system in which
the leaders are in service of the society they represent.
This book proposes to the readers to discover, throughout the
history, at the level of community or even the entire human society,
the existence of communism and communism forms, following its
characteristics.
The communism was the society specifics of Paleolithic, an
important part of prehistory. The historical transformations, the
division of the work, the social differentiation, the emergence of
private propriety and of the state, considerably diminished the
existence of communism of natural being. However, despite the
historical evolution, during the Antiquity, the Middle Ages, even the
Modern Epoch, the communism was specific, sooner or later, for the
rural life which remained archaic and conservative. The communism
was the life system for the peoples which lived in a gentilic, tribal
and primitive society, for the nomadic populations, for all the
populations which didn t evolve. In our time, the primitive peoples
of Africa, America, Australia and of oceanic islands, have such an
existence.
From Antiquity, for the civilized world, it means for Europe,
the communism was especially an
utopia
expressed in the literary
works of
Platon
(The Republic), Thomas
Morus
(Utopia), Tomasso
Campanella
(City of the Sun) which imagined a just and egalitarian
society for all the people.

Later, during the
Modern
Epoch, in the 19th century, the
representants
of Utopian communism like Fourier, Owen, Cabet,
Weitling and their adepts which, besides theirs writings, started
courageous initiatives of human communities formation, falansters,
colonies, functioning after rules of communist life, in Europe and
North America.
We can talk about religious communism, of great religions,
especially Judaism and Christianism which indeed propagate
principles and moral norms specifics of communist rules of life.
Religious communities such as esseniens and hutterite anabaptists
organized their life conforming to communism.
The revolutions also proposed a communist society system
starting from Winstanley and the „diggers movement in England of
17th century, continuing with radical theories of Rousseau, Mably
and Morelly and especially
Babeuf
during the French Revolution.
The 19th century signifies the apparition of Marx s an
Engels
s
socialism which proposed the class struggle whose aim was
the conquest of political power by the workers and, for the future,
the construction of the communist society. Marxist ideological point
of view was continued by Leninism and Maoism. But the
communism was rather represented by the ideologues of collective
and communist anarchism, like Bakunin and Rropotkin.
The 20th century, starting with
1917 -
the moment of
instauration
in Russia of the Lenin s and Stalin s Bolshevik state-
signified the formation, after the Second World War, of the total
socialist states, improperly named „communist . Their political,
economical and social characteristics and the relations between the
peoples and the political powers didn t represent the real
communism and didn t indicate the power-holders intention to build
the communism. We can t really speak about the state communism.
As its history strongly suggests, the communism can be placed
between
utopia
and reality.

Le
communisme
est un sujet
predilecte
de l historiographie. Il
représente un système d organisation de la société humaine qui peut
être caractérisé par certains principes comme
:
la possession
commune des biens, le travail collectif, le consomme commun ou la
répartition équitable des produits nécessaires pour vivre. Le
communisme suppose un
egalitarisme
parfait, une forte solidarité
des hommes dans la communauté, un système politique dont les
gouvernants sont au service de la société, de ceux qu ils en
représentent.
Ce livre propose aux lecteurs à découvrir, au décours de
l histoire, au niveau des communautés ou des sociétés entières
humaines, l existence du communisme, des formes du communisme,
en suivant ses caractéristiques.
Le communisme a été la société spécifique à une partie
importante de la préhistoire, le paléolithique. Les transformations
historiques, la division du travail, la différenciation sociale,
l apparition de la propriété privée et de l État, ont considérablement
réduit l existence du communisme de l état naturel. Cependant,
malgré l évolution historique, pendant l Antiquité, le Moyen Âge,
même l époque moderne, le communisme a été spécifique, tôt ou
tard, à la vie rurale qui a resté archaïque et conservatoire. Le
communisme reste le système de vie pour les peuples qui ont vécu
dans une société gentilique, tribale, primitive, pour les populations
nomades, pour toutes les populations qui n ont pas évolué. De nos
jours, les populations primitives des régions de l Afrique, des
Amériques, de l Australie et des îles des océans, ont une telle mode
d existence.
Dès l antiquité, pour le monde civilisé, c est à-dire pour
l Europe, le communisme a été spécialement une utopie exprimée

dans les œuvres de Platon (La République), Thomas
Morus
(L Utopie) ou Tomasso
Campanella (La
Cité du Soleil) qui ont
imaginé une société juste et
egalitaire
pour tous les hommes.
Plus tard, durant l époque moderne, au XIXe siècle, les
représentants du communisme utopique comme
Fourier,
Owen,
Cabet,
Weitling et
leurs adeptes, au
déla
de leurs écrits, ont eu des
initiatives courageuses de la constitution des communautés
humaines, phalanstères, colonies, en fonctionnant selon les principes
de vie communiste, en Europe et en Amérique de Nord.
On peut parler d un communisme religieux, de grandes
religions, spécialement l judaïsme et le christianisme, qui ont
vraiment propagé des principes et normes morales spécifiques aux
règles de vie communiste. Des communautés religieuses comme les
esséniens et les anabaptistes huttérites ont organisé leur vie
conformément le communisme.
Les révolutions ont aussi proposé un système de société
communiste, à partir de Win Stanley et le mouvement des
„diggers
anglais au XVIIe siècle, et en continuant, au XVIIIe siècle, avec les
théories radicales de Rousseau, Mably, Morelly, mais surtout
Babeuf pendant la Révolution française.
Le XIXe siècle signifie l apparition du socialisme de Marx et
Engels qui ont proposé la lutte de classe dont le but était la conquête
du pouvoir politique par les travailleurs et, dans le futur, la
construction de la société communiste. Du point de vue idéologique,
les idées du marxisme ont été suivies par le léninisme et le maoïsme.
Mais, le communisme est plutôt conçu par les représentants de
l anarchisme collectif et communiste, comme Bakounine et
Kropotkine.
Le XX-e siècle, à partir de
1917 -
le moment d instauration en
Russie de l État bolchevik de Lénine et Staline
-
a signifié la
constitution, après la Deuxième Guerre Mondiale, des États
totalitaires socialistes, improprement dénommés „communistes ,
dont les caractéristiques politiques, économiques, sociales et les
rapports entre les peuples et les pouvoirs politiques n ont représenté
guère le communisme et n ont pas indiqué l intention des

gouvernants de construire le vrai communisme. Donc, on ne peut
pas parler d un réel communisme d État.
Selon les aspects historiques présentés, le communisme peut
être vraiment situé entre l utopie et la réalité.
