COMPETENCE TO EXAMINE HOW MATHEMATICS TEACHERS’ KNOWLEDGE, BELIEFS,
MOTIVATIONAL ORIENTATIONS, AND SELF-REGULATION SKILLS INFLUENCE THEIR
INSTRUCTIONAL PRACTICE AND TEACHING OUTCOMES. MOREOVER, IT GAUGES THE
