The book "We need a King/Kemi
nevojë për
Mbretin",
begins with the writing of same title, in
which Sabri Maxhuni (Novosella) argues about the
need Albanian nation has to have a king in the
throne. This need, Sabri argues not as a determi¬
nant of any political party, any royalty, but above
all as a necessity for empowering the unity of Alba¬
nian nation.
As a concrete example, he takes Swedish nati¬
on, whose citizen himself is, and the relevance the
king had and continues to have for Swedish nation.
However, he doesn't see the royal court only
as a center which creates spiritual unity of Alba¬
nian nation in entire Albanian space, and wherever
there are Albanians, but also as a center where
Albanian national ideas are produced.

"Kemi
nevojë për
Mbretin", is collection of edi¬
ted articles in our daily press and consists of
40
writings in which the author analyzes Albanian so¬
ciety in Kosovo, and like a devoted parent protects

regime
and requires response from those
who committed these massacres and from those
who; from those who nowadays speak in their na¬
me. The author, with numerous arguments deva¬
luates them and requires from those who still live
to apologize. And in the case their ancestor do not
apologize for made mistakes, at least to be quite,
to be ashamed and not dare talk in their or their
own names, since all of them have lost all moral
and historical battles!
These are primary issues Sabri Maxhuni deals
with in this book. He also comments most recent
phenomena and events in our post War society
becoming in this way a good mediator between the
reader and that what is going on.
By the liberation and declaration of the inde¬
pendence in

established a new reality where
things should start anew. Everything should be
reviewed, the past and the present. In this general
run, when everybody from own position was trying
to achieve own goal with own truths and present
them to the world as uncontested truths, many
mistakes were made, many untruths were said, and
quite a few or no truths at all. First in this race
were journalist who aimed to create their opinions
for entire changes which in a new reality "would be
required by market". In these mingle-mangle ideas,
some persons fearing that martyrs, heroes of the
last

war will dim the "fame" of the Second
World War martyrs and heroes, begun to write for
them, to organize superb anniversaries, to write

diaries and
memoires
on their behalf, as if they left
those writings, representing them, no less then as
saviors of the nation!
This group worked hardily now to write mo¬
nographs for the deeds of their preferable commu¬
nists, now making them absolute national saviors,
but form changed ideological positions, which we¬
re to us unknown; whilst some other persons were
engaged with writing monographs for adopted per¬
sonalities from national positions, with nationalist
ideology, in new positions of communist ideology.
Interesting conversions!
Because everything should be turned over, to
be reviewed, the language as the first element of
national identity also could not be avoided from
analyzes of these guardian "analyzers" now in a new
circumstances. They took care to make remarks to
the unification of language and in their "researches"
found numerous arguments to divide it in its two
components: two main dialects, and even sub-
dialects, by argumentation that divided like this,
we will be able to comprehend each other better.
In this age, after the Independence of Kosovo, in
our daily press and electronic
medias
more and
more are occurring, either in writings or orally,
different militants with the new ideas of our
identity bifurcation into Albanians and
Kosovars,
coming with theses that by having Kosovo flag, we
should have also
Kosovar
nation which has to spe¬
ak Gegh dialect and other sub-dialects. Militants of
this thesis were always journalists and self named

scientists. All these major undertakings that sho¬
uld be made now were published in newspapers,
books, by speaking and writing in Gegh, and some
by calling themselves
Kosovar.
Sabri Maxhuni calls all of them "inventors",
calls them extended hand of Slavic-Greek conspi¬
racy claiming that this hand had continuously wor¬
ked against Albanian population and realization of
liberation aspirations from Serbians.
In this group, Sabri Maxhuni counts also
populist forces known to pur public, since their
ideas were imported from Serbia and they lead
backwards the process of Kosovo integration in the
family of European nations. With their backward
behaviors, with political narcissism, by represen¬
ting themselves as the only protectors of the new
Kosovo state and its population: both from the
positions in power and NATO and USA. All this
mess is made by them using consumed stereoty¬
pical communist
mottos
bringing in Kosovo con¬
fusion among certain people, who are either still
nostalgic for the former system or do not know
about policy streams. These out mode militant
groups, instead to be placed where Kosovo really
has a need, in the side of people and forces which
would make efforts to efface vagueness, obscurity
of the new social context, they confuse, blure and
overshadow with their dull populist
mottos.
Sabri Maxhuni answers to these new conta-
minators of Kosovo environment still dirty by the
tanks and different Serbian armaments with the

language of democracy, with the language of free¬
dom for which he fought himself, a language he
knows the best, a language of truth claiming that
these contaminators are an extended hand of Ser¬
bian Slavic Byzantine conspiracy.
In his writings Sabri Maxhuni brings in the
surface all the plots made by Serbian Slavic East for
destabilization of Albanian space by using those
who could be sold and those who were ignorant so
they could not choose the right path. To Sabri Ma¬
xhuni is clear that in the combat against destro¬
ying
antinational
minds coming from East first
should be won the fight in our territory. Without
clearing backward minds it is impossible to go
forward and exactly because of this Sabri Maxhuni
has as if become a tutor against all of those who
raise their heads to slow down our journey or
coordination with the west.
