THE CRISIS TIME

IS THE TIME OF HOPE AND DIALODUE
The philosophic and civilizational bases of the world depression are analyzed,
the essence of anthropological turn in a modern science, economy and politics are
revealed. Based on the dynamics of world cultures and civilizations, it is shown that
the depression time is predominantly the depression of the system of cultural values
sacrificed for the material welfare. In order to overcome a combination of social and
economic problems, to reveal the roles of a free market and global financial struc¬
tures, one must
reexamine
the modern world organization in terms of value and re¬
fuse the egoistical aspirations and the pressure to a person, nature and society.
