Summary
About many centuries the survival's and reproduction's
instici
have done that a strong natality be serving at the sort. The abortion and
the medical practice are centuries-old like the human being. The fertility
control was based on the abstention of sexual relation or on anectodic
practice. The sexual issues especially were not physician's affair.
One century ago the reproduction function goes not only by
biological, but it goes by the human volition.
In the second half of 20-th century, the sexuality, the female and
male reproduction are more and more physician's affair. The pregnacy
and the labour are totally controlled by the medical service.
Recently there is a tendency in dividing the reproductivity from
the sexuality

is choosed by new generation.
The pregnancy in adolescence is considered like a risk for the
physic and mental balance of the teenage.
The abortion existed since the genesis of the human society.
The family planning, the contraception has
a psicologica!

more active and more responsibible than the abortion. The abortion's
legalization in the Occidental has changed fundamentally the attitude
against the reproduction. The abortion presents the desire's failure of
the parentage's realization.

In Albania there aren't many researchs about voluntary abortion.
The psycological consequences of abortion are underestimated and
this problem remains affair only of gynecologists.
The period after the legitimate of abortion has brought many
problems unexplored still now.
