Australian Trade Mark Law provides a
comprehensive overview of trade mark law
in Australia and encourages readers to think
critically about the operation of the Australian
trade mark system as a whole.
This book moves beyond providing a
descriptive account of existing legislation and
case law to ensure that the reader engages
with the functioning of the Australian trade mark
