FOR THE STATEHOOD CAUSE
OF
KOSOVA
Summary
The book that is in your hands is consisted of
several papers written in function of demands for as
rightful as possible solution of political and state
status of
Kosova
with an intervention of interna¬
tional democratic diplomacy and politics. Although
in conditions of full medial and institutional block¬
ade of UNMIK s regime, I felt it my duty to make
efforts to impact in the courses not at all favourable
for liberation of
Kosova
and liberty of the Albanian
people at a time when Albanian politicians have
been keeping the people asleep with political lulla¬
by

is a free state, it is only expected,
today
-
tomorrow, a formal recognition of its sovere¬
ignty
...!

The book puts forward arguments and syn-
thesised evidences which clearly speak for Albanian
historical land-patent of
Kosova;
that Serbs in
Koso¬
va
are invaders and colonisers with Albanian and
Islamic phobia approach; that Albanians in admi¬
nistrative
areal
of Greek Byzantine church, Bulgarian
Saint Clementine and Mediaeval Serbian Saint
Sava
one, turned to Islam as a preventive for preserving
their nationality. This was the noble side of conver¬
ting into Islam, ensuring Albanians the way for inte¬
grating the nation and ethno cultural unit and geo¬
politics of Albania. Hence, orthodox mediaeval mo¬
nasteries on ethnic Albanian
areal,
despite of the fact
that invader built them, they are at the first place,
cultural properties of majority of population, i. e. of
orthodox, pre-Islamic and Islamic.
Islamism
process
and fully integration of Albanian nation through Is¬
lam was cancelled with a brutal intervention of the
cross, money and of European Asian catholic-ortho¬
dox arms, especially the activity of Church inati-
tution Propaganda

Without any political prejudice, I have stated
that with
Ahtisaaris
project for settlement of
Kosova
status Albanians should say farewell to Albanian me¬
diaeval land-patent!?! To give up the past in favour
of political bargains of the Greater Powers with Koso-
va s invaders, Serbia, and particularly not to respect
cultural heritage, identity of forefathers which is
inside us, and which is the basement of Albanian
fu-

is more than treachery before their generations,
forerunners and
descendente.
Legalisation of ex-te-
rritoriality of orthodox churches (monasteries), which
are not Serbian in their genesis, and without any
such example in the world, is an unjust confirmation
and stimulation of colonial past of Serbia towards
Kosovo, a phenomenon unknown in the history of
falling down of European colonial forces in the Bal¬
kans, in Asia, in Africa
-
this being the first condition
never to have a state, peace or right legality in
Ko¬
sova.
A good part of this fatality for future of the
peace in
Kosova,
belongs to the leaders of
Kosova.
They have turned themselves to spokesmen of Marti
Ahtisaari s (Special UN envoy) Comprehensive propo¬
sal on
ñie
Kosovo Status Settlement , a document from
which it cannot be conceived the historical fact that
Kosova
is a pond of Albanian blood which was shed
by Serbian nation with their orthodox church as a te¬
rrorist mobilised instrument. Indeed,
Kosova
s
ques¬
tion is not an economic
-
social problem, neither a
Serbian church s one as it is reflected in Comp¬
rehensive proposal
... ,
but it is a historical colonial
one, under dissolution. There is not any other exa¬
mple in the world that a country, which promises
liberty, order, democracy, full security to its citizens,
to suffer plots of dividing walls, so many obstructi¬
ons for citizens to live a normal life

being sanctioned by experimental orders in
Ahti¬
saari

Package ?!?
Political approach that does not recognise the
right of a nation, or part of a nation, for self-deter¬
mination with the right of separation and uniting
with a country, so much the more, with a country
partitioned forcefully, is not a democratic solution, it
is a long-term oppression. Henceforth, Ahtisaari s
Package projects insecurity for
Kosova,
it punishes
Albanians, the absolute majority
-
victims in their
ethnic lands, in order to award crime and criminals,
non-ethnical minority, descendants of colonising
Serbian and Montenegrin elements, a greater part of
them as serfs in lands of Albanian landlords from the
middle of 18th century and during 19th century and
the other part as Serbian state colons of Versailles
and
AVNOJ
Yugoslavia. Ahtisaari s Package, does
not ensure either independence today, or sovereignty
of
Kosova
in future.
A country without its entirety has no future.
Finally, any kind of settlement, if people are not
asked, if a freely declaration of people is not allowed,
is oppression of itself. It was an international poli¬
tical repression Projection of Principality of London (Con¬
ference) Albania, and the same is Ahtisaari s
Experimental Project

Self-administrated
Kosova .
Solu¬
tion of historical problem of
Kosova
with a Refere¬
ndum is the only democratic solution, which is app¬
ropriate for Europe, which aims at political, economic

unity and joint security, and not by any means alie¬
nating of Albanian land-patent of historical monu¬
ments, in the interest of invading ambitions of gree¬
dy Serbia. With Ahtisaari s Package Kosova s state¬
hood is moving to a new marathon, now parcelled
out in ethnic enclaves, without any local or interna¬
tional certainty for a state unity perspective.
Ahtisaari s Package has balanced actual real force of
Albanian nation with greediness of Serbian occu¬
pying genocide in continuity internationally suppor¬
ted. Building of Ahtisaarian self
-
administered
Kosova
state, without Albanian symbols, without
Albanian historical identity, finally, it is the
projection of definitive international partition of
Kosova
from historical ethnic Albania. And, if the
Kosova
Albanians and the others anywhere in the
world, do not today think the state of
Kosova
only as
an opportune step for a reunion of Albania and
Albanian nation tomorrow, gestation of surrogate
Kosova
nation is inevitable, all the more, that the
West is supporting idiotic steps for introducing
(bringing back) the notion
Kosovar as
an official
state language of
Kosova.
With scientific competency we can say that if
history is the life teacher, as it has been believed to be
since Roman times, the Issue of
Kosova
state status,
state sovereignty of
Kosova
cannot be ever settled,
by closing eyes before crime and for centuries state
institutional ethnocide over Albanians in general and

over
Kosova
Albanians in particular. In this Serbian
state crime are culpable Russia and Greater Powers
of Europe as well, because with forcefully solutions
in the South-western Balkans, by dividing a country,
a nation only because they happened to belong to
Muslim faith, created crises which generated many
century bloodshed, genocide, culturocide and ethno-
cide over Albanians and Ethnic and historic Albania.
Our message is: Albanians are a historical na¬
tion in the basements of the Balkans prehistory, they
have never undertaken incursions or caused bloo¬
dsheds in the lands of their neighbours, never have
attacked without having a reason, and they have not
done so even inside their ethnic lands. Even from this
aspect, the Albanian
Kosova
deserves peace, pros¬
perity, freedom, security, independence
-
adoption
by democratic and peace loving Europe.
