RESUMÉ
La terminologie du corps
humain dans la langue roumaine est
un ouvrage monographique qui vise l'étude de tous les termes
désignant les parties du corps humain en roumain. L'ouvrage est
structuré en deux parties:

onomasiologie,

la composition des
significations, suivies par des cartes linguistiques qui montrent la
distribution des différents termes sur le territoire roumain, dans
le cas où la notion est désignée par plusieurs mots, un index et la
bibliographie employée.
La recherche est réalisée en synchronie et en diachronie
parce que seulement ainsi peut-on mettre en évidence la
succession de certains termes et la disparition des autres.

ou d'autres plus récents, qui s'occupent, soit
d'une manière très générale, soit sur certaines parties du corps, à

ce livre
comprend la terminologie tout entière du corps humain, y inclus
tes créations métaphoriques et argotiques. C'est ainsi qu'on met
en relief d'une manière très évidente l'affirmation de Iorgu
Iordan
sur le fait que certaines notions sont prédisposées, de par
leur nature, aux créations métaphoriques. Par exemple "la tête" a

De la perspective romane, il n'y a pas de différences
essentielles entre le roumain et les langues soeurs. La plupart des
mots de ce microsystème est héritée et se retrouve dans les
vocabulaires représentatifs de chaque langue. Les mots absents,
remplacés par des emprunts ou par des créations propres.

gardent l'empreinte de l'inconsistance des notions représentées et
sont presque semblables dans toutes les langues. D'autre part, le
roumain aussi comme les autres idiomes néolatins, a enrichi le
vocabulaire des peuples en contact direct avec des termes propres
à ce microsystème.
La deuxième partie de l'ouvrage analyse en détail la
structure lexicale mettant en évidence toutes les situations qui ont
favorisé l'héritage des termes de substrat ou bien ont influencé la
pénétration des emprunts, maintes fois créant une riche
synonymie entre ces éléments.
Sur la structure des significations, il est mis en évidence le
fait que tous ces termes ont développé des sens concordants à la
base des
tropes
connus: la métonymie, la synecdoque et la
métaphore. Leur description a aussi une importance théorique que
pratique. La valeur théorique consiste dans le fait que l'on
evidentie
le même mécanisme pour tous les termes du
microsystème, et celle pratique vise les ouvrages lexicographiques,
aussi dans le regroupement des sens que dans l'attribution des
notations correspondantes, unitaires, pour chaque catégorie de
significations.
ABSTRACT
The Romanian Terminology for the Human Body is a
monographic work concerning the study of all Romanian terms
which designate parts of the human body. It is structured in two
chapters. The first one is called "Onornasiology" and the second
one "The Structure of the Significations". They are followed by
linguistic maps, which illustrate the spread of different notions
on the Romanian territory, in areas where a notion is called in
several ways. There is also a words index and the bibliography
we've used.
The research is both
synchronie
and diachronic, as this is
the only way in which the sequence of certain terms and the
disappearance of some others can be highlighted.
In comparison with previous works, such as A. Zauner,
Die
Romanischen Namen der Körperteile. Eine onomasiologische Studie
from
1903,
or other recent writings, which either deal with the
topic in a very general way, or analyze only some parts of the
body, such as the studies of S.
Puşcariu,
E.
Petrovici,
S.
Pop, V.
Arvinte,

Sala, A. Ulivi,

Frăţilă,
the present paper
comprises the whole terminology of the human body, including
the metaphoric and
argotic
ways of expression.
We've tried to illustrate this way Iorgu Iordan's opinion
that some notions tend to turn into metaphors just because of
their nature. For example the notion "head" has not less than

From the Romanic perspective, there are no essential
differences between the Romanian language and the other
Romanic languages. Most of the words from this micro-system
are inherited, and can be found in the representative dictionaries
of each language. The absent ones, which were replaced by

borrowings or original creations, they bear the mark of
imperfection with respect to the notions they represent, and most
of them are almost the same in all languages.
On the other hand, just like other Neo-Latin idioms, the
Romanian language has enriched the lexis of other people with
which the Romanians were in direct contact, by adding words
that were specific for this micro-system.
In the second part of the paper we've analyzed the lexical
composition in detail, and we've focused upon all the
circumstances that favoured the maintenance of the substratum
notions or that have helped the penetration of some borrowings,
a context which has usually generated a large synonymic chain
among these elements.
As far as the structure of significations is concerned,
we've underlined the fact that all these notions have developed
adequate meanings, having as starting point the familiar tropes:
the metonymy, the synecdoche and the metaphor.
Gathering these terms has both a theoretical and a
practical importance. The theoretical value is to be taken into
account as the same mechanism was used for all the notions in
the micro-system. The practical value can be identified in the
lexicographic works which not only deal with grouping the
meanings but also with attributing the adequate and uniform
remarks to each group of signification. |
