Introduction
Books publishing is one of the activities of the Archive, of course not
the most important, but certainly very precious. After the period
which encompasses ten years from the first publication at the library,
till the final shape it got, I think that it is a opportunity for me to deal-
with editorial job of the library. In the time when pragmatism reflects
basic distinctions of our society that has no time to remember or to
think and abilities and wish for memory are being stunted, the
Archive seems to have lost its documents on right to publish editions
and it seemed that they should be found again.
No matter how, today those books represents the archive mate¬
rial of coming to life decade and pubishing activity development of
the Archive.Of course, I don t intend to speak about details such as
collecting materials etc. Writing books is not only a difficult job, but
it is also a risk, to experience a dissapointment after the job is done.
No matter how some book is being written, there are no guarantees
that it will be accepted in a way that deserves.
By giving my support to authors, I was aware of such risk,
because I understood that the library has to represent kind of asylum
for creative persons whose work help in understanding the impor¬
tance of our local culture. I especially want to emphasize that alth¬
ough there are qualities of every edition scattered, the library has its
goal to reflect and affirm conteptual harmony and to rise itself to the
idea of the whole in order to form judgment on each scattered pice of work.

From the eternal night that reigns among the archive institutes
and their secrets, only real explorers of past time texts are able to
extract the light. One of our basic goals was finding the ability to be
inspired from our own sources and from that very point to enrich and
promote our culture.
Long
befor
we even thouth about first book, the whole concept
was alredy made, it is the subject we are working on. Every library is
growing out of an idea and its knowledge assumptions. Essence of the
theme has only one meaning-publishing of the existing knowledge
and its thoroughing.The library whit its whole basic themes and
notions content, by stating problems and choosing methods brings
along the essece of revealing and making accessible.
Every new book is nothing else but new view and judgment
about other kind of truth that has already existed, always ignoring
absence of consenzus omnium.
At the end, please alow me to give one personal remark: every-
thing that was published I consider as a characteristic of Leskovac
culture politics upon which I had privilege to influence^ontrary to
poverty during the last years.
