A former solicitors Managing Partner, Simon Young took the
MBA in Legal Practice Management at Nottingham Law School

undertake consultancy and training work. He has experience of
assisting over
30
law firms of varying sizes with conversion to
LLP status, including the drafting of all conversion
documentation for them, of advising firms on management ancf
structural matters and compliance issues.
