You are holding a book about Yarpolimermash-Tatneft , one of the
oldest Yaroslavl industrial enterprises. This enterprise was founded in
І93І
and has been specializing in making equipment and tooling for the
worldwide rubber and tire industry. Its product range is unique: from
casting to machines and aggregates for tire building and tire molds. It is
one of the few enterprises with full technological cycle of the produc¬
tion.
In
2001
the enterprise has joined the Tatneft-Neftechim industrial
holding. Being a part of one of the biggest industrial groups in Russia
allowed us to make a complex modernization of the production facili¬
ties, obtain high-tech metal-working machinery and achieve a signifi¬
cant expansion of the market share.
Today Yarpolimermash-Tatneft is an entire complex of the enterpris¬
es with total area exceeding
70
thousand sq. meters. The plant has its
own pattern shop, foundry and press-forging, mold shop, machine-build¬
ing, metal working and assembling facilities, finishing and painting
shops. Our R&D department and engineers enable us not only to perfect
our technological development but also to produce equipment by the
customers drawings and technical documentation.
Our own foundry is capable of making castings of steel, cast-iron, alu¬
minum, bronze, etc. A variety of different casting techniques (e.g., casting
by smelted patterns) is used to meet the customers need. The gross
weight of the casting details can be up to

thousand kilos.
Metal working facilities allow to process the details with diameter of
up to
4
meters and weight of several tones with high accuracy.
Yarpolimermash-Tatneft traditionally specializes on manufacturing
of a broad range of rubber processing and batching units, tire-building
and curing equipment, molds, drums and other types of tooling for tire
production. Tbese are the machines and aggregates for tire building, cur¬
ing presses for tire vulcanization, mills and calenders for rubber process¬
ing, servicers for feeding the cord plies, curing containers, molds and
drums to build tires of any diameter and designation. All our equipment
corresponds the most ultimate demands in quality.
Yarpolimermash-Tatneft
ís
also a leading supplier of tire molds for
Russian and CIS markets. In the product range there are the molds and
containers for curing of tires of any size and different designation
-
from
bicycles to heavy-duty quarry trucks.
We also have numerous advanced engineering, testing and check-out
facilities. Equipped with modern testing and measuring devices and run
by a qualified staff, they allow us to provide in-time monitoring and com¬
prehensive testing of manufactured machinery and rigging.
Cooperation with leading tire producers helps us to understand the
challenges tire makers are trying to meet.
We pay a great attention to the enhancement of our production
chains, market and product range expansion. Our R&D department is
constantly working on development of new types of the machinery,
introduction of new energy-efficient technologies.
